In April hi-impact media launched its new community choice initiative whereby we select local businesses and venues that hold some public interest or serve a purpose within the community and then create a free or low cost virtual tour for them.
Virtual tours are so effective at showcasing spaces and allowing users the opportunity to explore the venue ahead of visiting; whether that be due to curiosity, to overcome anxiety or even to marketing for a sale.
Following on from The Open Door Centre, our community choice for May has been ‘Tomorrow’s Women’ in Wirral. This fantastic centre is a female only safe environment where women can address their issues to help lead a happier, healthier lifestyle. Tomorrow’s Women offer support to women who may feel isolated, have low self-esteem or just want to try something new. They have a wide range of facilities and a very full timetable of workshops, courses and activities.
We felt that this fantastic cause should have the opportunity to be showcased using this innovative technology. Now people across the country will be able to appreciate the amazing things that Tomorrow’s Women does for its local community.

Sharna Kennedy, Administration and Communications at Tomorrow’s Women, said “Our experience with hi-impact has been brilliant. Their community project has given us the opportunity to use some great technology that we wouldn’t otherwise be able to have, in the form of a 3D Visual Tour. They offer high quality media and a very pleasant experience.”
